THE HOPE SONG - DIGITAL FILM

2020 was a year like no other. All our lives were changed by the Corona Virus pandemic which swept the world. Concerned about the significant mental health impacts of this experience, Socratis Otto, who directed and performed in the stage production of The Hope Song for Crying Chair Theatre at the 2019 Sydney Fringe, suggested creating a filmed adaptation of the play, purposely to make it freely available online.  In October 2020, this digital film version was released. Socs worked with his wonderfully talented team of well known actors:

Director: Socratis Otto

Cast: Di Smith, Luke Carroll, Socratis Otto, Mel Day, Emma Dalton, Chantelle Gardiner, Grant Lyndon, Richard Cotter,

Music: Mia Morrissey and Leo Bosi
Editor: Vicki Bobotis
